You dream of a Riad in Morocco or a house in Thailand, but you wish to be supported by a real estate professional?

We assist you with these formalities with respect to the purchase of your property abroad. Issues, especially tax issues, will need to be addressed in order to evaluate the implications related to your acquisition overseas.

Even if our domestic jurisdiction does not allow us to sign deeds for properties located abroad, we work closely with local partners to secure your transactions.

We work both in French and English, and we may provide a translator where needed.

A 4-step secured path

You have a project abroad. Think about getting in touch with your notary to secure your transaction.

Preliminary contract

The property of your dreams is found. A preliminary contract is signed with a local partner.

You contact your bank to unlock the sale price and the fee amount.

The deed of acquisition is signed. The seller surrenders you the keys. All that remains for you is to set up smoothly.

To go further, take a free appointment with a notary in our offices in Versailles.
